Societies or Sports Clubs.
Sports Centre, NUI Galway
The University’s sporting and cultural facilities provide students with excellent opportunities to take part in a wide range of interests, to make new friends, develop real life skills and of course have great fun!
Our indoor and outdoor sports facilities include:
- A six-lane, 25 metre swimming pool
- Squash and racquetball courts
- A National League basketball arena and sports hall
- Gym & Fitness studios

- Ten natural grass playing pitches
- A synthetic grass pitch (hockey, soccer and football)
